For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 24 hours upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact Robert D. Angeles to initiate the return. All funds received excluding PayPal Fees, Bank Transfer Fees, or other Money Transfer Fees will be fully refunded within 5 business days.

Cancellation of orders received after more than 24 hours of payment receipt will be considered as sold.

We are not responsible for product orders shipped and are confiscated or seized by the destination country’s customs as a result of the destination country’s customs or trade laws. In such case, the customer may send the product back to us together with the proof of confiscation or seizure and we will issue a refund. Refunds excluding shipping and handling fees, are processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product. Tampered products, broken seals, or incomplete package are not eligible for refund.

Customers are responsible for providing us the correct shipping details. Return To Sender or RTS items due to non-existent/wrong address, unclaimed, unknown person/addressee, destination not reachable or other official RTS reasons will be shipped again provided that the customer pays the applicable reshipping fees.

Local Orders

All orders within Philippine territory are sent via LBC. Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 5 business days upon payment confirmation. Shipping rates vary based on location.

 

International Orders

International orders are sent via  Philpost.  Orders are normally shipped within 4-9 or 7-15(depending on location) business days upon payment confirmation. Other shipping providers will be used alternatively for countries not covered by Philpost.  Shipping rates vary based on location. 

 

Local & International Shipping Policy

Each country implements its own customs and trade laws. We are not liable for confiscated products as a result of these laws. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders based on the tracking details we provide.

International shipping transit times may vary due to conditions beyond our control. We are not held liable for delays in shipping times arising from peak seasons, natural hazards , accidents,  and other similar conditions.

 

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Orders placed during weekends or official non-working holidays are sent on the next business day.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
